Simple and Easy to Use Payroll Provider.

Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity as our main payroll provider. Currently it is performing as we expect it should.

Pros

  • Service response in a timely manner and are always very helpful
  • We appreciate the taxes update and notification emails.
  • The platform is UI friendly and simple to understand and use

Cons

  • At the moment, I think providing an easy link to view submission times and dates
  • Using Paylocity has eased our payroll function
We currently do not use Paylocity for HR tools but it has helped make payroll functions and reporting easy
We have not had any employee issues that were not handled immediately and appreciate that.
As stated previously, Paylocity is a very simple and easy to use platform for all payroll needs. We have not come across any major issues where we would start shopping around new payroll platforms.
