Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity to process our payroll and to onboard new employees. It has make the process of adding new employee so much easier. Anytime I have a problem or can't remember or can't figure out how to do something the customer service is great.

Pros

  • onboarding
  • payroll and other reports
  • help create a custom GL report

Cons

  • If there is a change publicize better
  • Makes it easier on a small payroll staff
I have been able to find information to help my job.
i can get payroll done without much effort
