Pros

  • Payroll process is very user friendly
  • App for employees is also user friendly
  • Customer service is quick to respond
  • Reports are customizable

Cons

  • PTO policy set up
  • Time tracking was done by hand before, takes a lot less time for me to just print the timecard report
  • The reporting options have helped so much during audit time
  • Employees really like the new updated dashboard
Less time for me to approve and run payroll
Less time for us to manage time off requests
Ease of reporting when needed for annual reviews
Employees like the use of using the app and being able to request time off
Has made payroll and time tracking so much easier for us

We use another payroll platform where you cannot make changes once a batch has started, Paylocity does have that capability and that is very helpful.
The app for our employees is super user friendly.
