Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I utilize Paylocity to oversee our employee workforce from onboarding to running reports for various reporting requirements (internal and federal) to required compliance learning modules to conducting internal surveys to offboarding employees. The data insights is a useful tool that I often utilize as well to obtain company data as it relates to our workforce (retention, turnover, demographics, etc.)

Paylocity can have a better and quicker response time and have customer service that can actually assist without ALWAYS sending Peak articles although they are helpful, we are not experts.
