Overall Satisfaction with PDFfiller

I no longer have patients complete paperwork in the office. to maximize electronic signatures are done and forms are completed
  • Createa envelopes of paperwork
  • Takes a document AND autocreates fillable fields
  • Good tools for modifying pdf documents
  • Should be able to duplicate fields types where a form repeats questions
  • Customer Service
  • Better Explanation of service for Medical Offices ( regarding HIPPA)
  • Auto erase of all fields in a Template at once
  • Easier way to segrate documents versus Envelopes
  • You should be able to print and entire envelope in Link to Fill from settings
  • Automatically Request Rename of envelope instead of the name including every form you put in the envelope
  • The possiblity of speaking to a real person OR someone Replying to you in support
  • The ability to create a different different custom Welcome message for each envelope
  • The ability to see your protected password for a document outside of the time you create it
  • Abilty to cutomize sharable link for link to Fill envelopes
  • Allows me to manage an office with limited staff
It takes time to learn all the features up to 2-4 weeks when using daily
I have been trying to contact someone for six months for an answer to the question about cost for HIPPA Features.
Easier for a small practice and more cost effective
