Pega Platform is the platform that holds all department applications, more and more legacy mainframe applications are moving to Pega, it's becoming the major development environment. Pega helped all different applications across department into a unified portal/platform, ITO is easy to maintain and could build almost everything into it.
- Fast delivery, the release cycle is 2 weeks
- Less coding, easy to learn and handy after few months training.
- Stable and easy to get support, Pega provides PDN, it can be used for technical question/answers, any problem can be sorted out by raising service report
- DCO is powerful, Business and Teck team can both using the same platform
- I would hope Pega can provide more features for mobile apps.
- The team has to get trained as they were working on the legacy applications.
Pega Platform has built-in tools. Same environments for all roles. One setup, use anywhere. Great support team and could resolve most of the problems
