Overall Satisfaction with Pega Platform

By an organization within Anthem. We are building a claims systems for their FEP business.
  • Claims management. Pega does this particularly well by offering a rich out of the box experience requiring very little custom coding.
  • UI building. Pega makes this aspect of software development very expedient by making it a drag and drop experience with auto-generated code.
  • I would like to see more How-To guides in the help system itself, in particular, How-Tos for integration rules
  • The current way that Anthem reviews its dental claims is very manual, having the dentists going into an office and reviewing the claims for approval/denial/appeal. With the new system, all of this traveling and office visiting will not be needed. The dentists will be able to work from the comfort of their home or their own office.
Any application that requires some type of case management with approvals from a manager entity after a requester has submitted a case.
