Pendo is an incredible tool for us to track our customers' usage data. The integrations with Salesforce and Gainsight provide us with the information we need to determine a customer's general usage health, as well as inform us on potential next steps based on that usage.
- The UI is easy to use, and easily captures insights on a high level and granular level.
- Visualizations are easy to understand.
- Customer support is there in case you ever need it.
- Sometimes the Salesforce connection can break, but that's rare.
