Peoplefluent is for the people!
Overall Satisfaction with PeopleFluent
We use it to to manage submissions to the client that utilizes Peoplefluent. It is used by everyone in the office to submit and track candidates. No real business problems, it performs admirably and does what it is intended to do. If there is a complaint, its the client and not the software.
Pros
- It allows real time tracking of candidates
- The user interface is straightforward and intuitive
Cons
- Submitting candidates that are already in the system can be improved. Information that has been submitted the first time should not have to be reentered if the candidate is being submitted a second time.
- Fortunately, we haven't had to invest in this tool, the client is the owner of the tool so as far as ROI, I would have to imagine that it is paying off for them.
- In regards to employee efficiency, PeopleFluent is very efficient, everything can be seen and done in real time which is an added benefit.
- Fieldglass VMS, Taleo, Beeline and agile
Its great, its very versatile and stacks up very well against the competition. In terms of usability and ease of use, anyone can quickly learn how to use PeopleFluent. Again, the faults against the system would be when a client who is running the tool customizes it to their liking. Not to mention it's a very popular tool that i have had the pleasure of working in twice now with two different organizations.
