Overall Satisfaction with PeopleGuru HCM

ECVC uses both the payroll and HR enterprise functions of PG. The system helps us maintain employees' payroll and electronic employee records. I also use AdHoc reporting quite a bit to create unique reports.

  • Ability to customize standard company forms in PG for usage
  • Ability to transfer resume data to candidates profiles
  • Ability to list the specific job title on the Transaction Requistions notifications
  • Ability to show other basic applicant registration information in the candidate profile(i.e. desired salary) not visible to the employer
  • Easier ability to get rid of My Office "Transactions Approvals"
  • We now have an online ATS system
  • Still using paper
  • There are potential to grow the capabilities of PG usage
Our payroll has been successful in making the adjustment to a single platform and made PeopleGuru for work Payroll. HR is still struggling after going on 3 years.
All of these other systems have their strengths and have been around a long time. We choose PeopleGuru because we thought it could fit our unique needs compared to the others and pricing was considered as well.
