Overall Satisfaction with PeopleGuru HCM
ECVC uses both the payroll and HR enterprise functions of PG. The system helps us maintain employees' payroll and electronic employee records. I also use AdHoc reporting quite a bit to create unique reports.
Pros

- Flexibility in Performance Reviews
- Ability to manage company set-up and reporting
- Ability to customize standard company forms in PG for usage
Cons
- Ability to transfer resume data to candidates profiles
- Ability to list the specific job title on the Transaction Requistions notifications
- Ability to show other basic applicant registration information in the candidate profile(i.e. desired salary) not visible to the employer
- Easier ability to get rid of My Office "Transactions Approvals"
- We now have an online ATS system
- Still using paper
- There are potential to grow the capabilities of PG usage
All of these other systems have their strengths and have been around a long time. We choose PeopleGuru because we thought it could fit our unique needs compared to the others and pricing was considered as well.
