Overall Satisfaction with PI Behavioral Assessment
I use PI to narrow down the candidate selection; help find the most ideal profile of a typical job, help write new job descriptions and our HRBPs use it for coaching new/young managers with their employees. I has many uses just on the behavior side and we are currently looking into the cognitive side for next year.
