Overall Satisfaction with Pipedrive

We use it to log communication and keep track of different people in our orbit. Whether it is clients, professionals, students, or staff members, Pipedrive helps with keeping track of folks' information and any relevant information. Additionally, my company has asked we started using it to keep track of tasks and upcoming events. While I don't personally love utilizing it for these purposes, I see the merits in it.

Pros

  • Stores contact information
  • Fairly easy to navigate
  • Can categorize contacts into the relevant subgroups

Cons

  • There is not a calendar feature
  • The to do tasks leaves room for improvement. It should be more comprehensive.
  • It is not color coded.
  • It has helped us keep track of contacts which helps us stay organized
Great function for organization, but I wish it had a calendar feature.
Asana is much better for task management and to-do lists. Also, it has a great calendar feature.

Pipedrive is excellent for keeping track of all the people in your company's orbit. It has plenty of space and drop down menus to categorize people into groups and subgroups. This helps when you are managing many different people in many different fields, as we are in my business. However, I wish it was color coded for easy visual navigation.
