Overall Satisfaction with Pipedrive

This is where we keep some of our customer data and sales uses this to nurture deals in their pipeline. This also allows us to see discrepancies in some of our data. Sales loves to use this as their sales pipeline and keep track of activities for callbacks or other helpful customer information.

I find the tool very easy to get up and running and very intuitive UI but for some folks that are used to using notebooks for their notes its very new and difficult for them to learn.
Pipedrive has a simpler interface and focuses on sales initiatives rather than digital marketing efforts which is something that our sales team needs. Pipedrive offers a good level of flexibility when it comes to customizations and they are always open to adding new features.

I think Pipedrive has made some big improvements with the parent child hierarchy but it could be displayed better. Pipedrive is siloed from our other systems which makes it difficult to keep current customer data up to date. It would be nice to have an account manager follow up with us and see where we can make improvements. The tool is simple to use for sales teams.
