Overall Satisfaction with Pipedrive

We use Pipedrive to monitor and track potential clients and what referral avenues they are coming from. We also use it to monitor networking efforts and case avlue trends over time so that we can adjust our marketing strategy and budget accordingly. It helps us track referral sources and touchpoints to ensure that we are properly nuturing referral relationships.

  • It helps us set fee schedules based upon forecasted and expected workflow
It is very user-friendly and easy to learn. The learning curve is not overly steep however, if you are an advanced user, there are many things it can do. You can review things on a surface-level or do a much more in-depth look depending on what exactly you are needing for a specific report or meeting.
The reporting tools with Pipedrive are immensely more advanced and customizable than Clio Grow. We are able to adjust and tweak the reports to make sense for our firm specifically whereas with Clio Grow, you were sort of stuck with the default reports. Pipedrive beats Clio Grow hands down.

Pipedrive is a fantastic tool to help monitor and track lead generation and referral sources. It helps maintain accountability with the sales team and helps ensure that we are doing appropriate marketing to maintain a steady influx of cases. The weekly and quarterly sales reports that it can generate are incredibly helpful and insightful. They help inform us of what we need to focus on each quarter/year.
