Overall Satisfaction with Pipedrive

We use Pipedrive in our organization to manage our customer relationships and track sales. Pipedrive makes it easy to keep scheduling follow up activities with prospects that you can continue the sales cycle until a deal is either won or lost. It is also very customizable, easy to set up and integrates with our email marketing platform. We have been using Pipedrive for over 10 years now. It is also very cost effective, and less complicated compared to some of the other CRM platforms.

Pros

  • Makes it easy to manage your funnel by moving deals through stages
  • Allow you to add custom fields
  • Is very easy to customize your own sales funnel
  • Cost effective for smaller businesses

Cons

  • There could be more customizable controls within the permission sets for users
  • It would be nice to haver the ability to plug in a commission structure based on quotas that would tie in on the financial side with commission payouts for sales reps.
  • Ability to tag the same contact to multiple organizations
  • Pipedrive has had a positive impact our business, it is the only CRM we have chosen to use for many years. We have reviewed other CRM but Pipedrive is the easiest to navigate & makes tracking sales easy.
It is easy to use, easy to customize and does not make the flow of the sales process complicated. You can customize your funnel stages however you choose, making tracking of sales easy to track from one stage to another. Once an activity is completed, the software prompts you to keep following through to whatever the next activity is going to be.
Salesforce is more complex, visually Pipedrive is easier to look at at a glance to see where your opportunities fall in the stages in your funnel; whereas Salesforce is not as visually appealing. Pipedrive is better for smaller businesses and more price effective than some of the other CRM programs likes Salesforce.

I would highly recommend Pipedrive as a CRM, especially for smaller businesses. The price is very reasonable for all of the functionality and features that Pipedrive provides. There are easy, pre-built workflow automations or you can create your own workflow automations, track activities across organizations, contacts & deals, along with many other additional features - some of which may be add ons but there are a lot of features to that can be utilized like AI, webhooks, smart documents, and many more.
