Overall Satisfaction with Piwik

We use Piwik to implement tracking on our Mobile Applications and Mobile Websites for our retail clients. It tracks customer visit, user agent data, page views, click-throughs, cart add, removes, edits, payment tracking, payment method on our mobile commerce platform.
  • Easy and simple implementation. Simple JS code addition.

  • Version update handling could be executed better
  • Made our products more efficient and marketable. Tracking is a critical component of our product.
  • It has helped our clients with customer engagement, track and generate sales.
  • Google Analytics,omniture
Open Source, easier implementation.
Other alternatives that have been proven to be more efficient in the marketplace are out there. Also Google Tag Manager and companies like BrightTag seem to be doing a fair job with tracking implementation aggregation.
