Make your life easier with Planful!

At Hilb Group we use Planful for all of our financial reporting, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and much of the ad hoc analysis needed to run our business. Without Planful, it would probably be done in Excel which would be very tedious and cumbersome. Planful has streamlined the processes and their security allows people to only have access to their individual agencies/regions or departments.

Discussions are held regularly with regions on their results and forecast/budget going forward. This is all done and reported on in Planful. The reports are set up and distributed prior to each of the calls and facilitates the calls as the important information is discussed.

We have a direct connect to each of our agency AMS systems, so that trial balance data is automatically uploaded. Once this is done, Planful consolidates the data, we do analysis and provide reporting and analysis to the executive suite. It is a very effective and efficient process.
