Overall Satisfaction with Planful

We use Planful for budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting and workforce planning. Since we follow statutory planning and not GAAP, the ease to create and modify financials statements is critical to our organization. Before Planful our budgeting and forecasting was done in Excel which was cumbersome as well as time consuming. We find the product fits our business needs.

The tool is mainly used by the accounting and finance department.
Planful has been so helpful in creating budgets, running forecasts, building custom reports. The tool that has saved us time over previous Excel based processes for financial statement preparation, budgeting and forecasting. It integrates with various other data to ensure up-to-date information for making decisions. Allows for the creation and comparison of various financial scenarios, enabling evaluation of potential outcomes and make better strategic decisions easier.

Increased speed and accuracy of financial statement generation, ad-hoc analysis, and reporting, especially with the Spotlight add-on annotation capability in templates. Workforce planning provides us with Realtime data on our employees without needing access to the payroll system. Working with an implementation team was helpful in getting the software up and running.
