Adaptive work is helping us crush the silos and talk about common process and workflows.

Adaptivework is used to manage the financial aspects of our projects and resource management.

Swimlanes have helped, but we have not delved into organization lables, board templates, icons etc. Swimlanes have made our resource managers job a lot easier.

We use the analytics to run the financial check and balance for our projects. Management meets weekly on the revenue and cost forecasts and monthly we True up the Adaptive work forecasted revenue to our accounting system and discrepancies are reviewed in detail. This ensures that our forecasts are accurate.

We have integrated several systems into AdaptiveWork, SAP, Qorus, Azure Databricks, Sharepoint. This makes it much easier to sync systems and see the details of all the inputs for our projects. However, there is some work to be done to improve the integrations and reduce errors in the handoffs and/or bugs that occur in the systems.

Provides a platform for our project business processes and we have been able to transform our processes and workflows. It has allowed us to pivot from working in silos and each business unit having separate processes and workflows, and come together as a company around common processes and workflows.

Since AdaptiveWork is not able to be shared with customers, this has not had an impact on customer experiences or quality of work.
