I Would Choose PPM Pro Again
Overall Satisfaction with Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas)
Used across the organization to submit requests for projects and a few other specialized requests, and used extensively by the associates in the PMO for project management. Also used to present project portfolio reporting to senior management.
Pros
- Project management
- Request Management
- Aggregated reporting
Cons
- As a hosted online system, it is not particularly fast. Improvement has been made in the area of project task management, but task management is still not as fast as we would like.
- We would like to see the ability to import project tasks from a spreadsheet. Currently, the only import source for project tasks is from a MS Project file.
- We would like the ability to edit project Resources in the spreadsheet editor and in bulk edit.
- We would like to be able to add our own fields to the Resources entity.
- We did not set an ROI goal for our PPM Pro investment.
