We have points used to redeem products in the store; according to the income and quality in the provision of services, the employee acquires and accumulates points. The database is also updated and used frequently. We have the training and training evaluations included in the platform.

The points shop is amazing. It's a really cool way to encourage the employee. I personally had never seen anything like it; I really liked it. The database with the necessary information to answer the client's doubts is also fundamental for the work. It could have a tab to praise contributors, it would be pretty cool too.
