Overall Satisfaction with Playvox

Today we use Playvox on these modules: Community, Quality and Learning.
Our agents are evaluated on their interactions with ours clients. There is many score cards to each chapter.
We use Playvox for comunications to the team and the learning module as a knowledge base.
Also we use Karma Store as a incentive campaign, giving prizes with scores.

Pros

  • Malleable scorecards.
  • Knowledge base.
  • Community interactions.

Cons

  • Metabase integration.
  • Quality improve.
In other companies' products all the quality software was "homemade". So, there is no comparison to be made.

Playvox is a platform that improves the quality of service. It's a platform focused on a structured service where we can evaluate the quality of service. It is a great platform for Customer Experience/Service operations, which gives a lot of data to improve our goals beyond the year.
