Overall Satisfaction with Playvox
Playvox is used throughout the company. It is an excellent form of interaction between different sectors monitoring productivity, performance, and updating information from the database. It is an important tool for the company's daily life, being the central platform for the dissemination of information from the monitoring sector and various communications; Playvox is also very useful to recognize the work of employees through features such as badges.
- Centralize communication tools.
- Allow fast and fluid interaction between different sectors.
- Layout of the tabs makes navigation between the contents much easier.
- A lot of information is displayed at the same time when you access posts, so it's a little tricky to keep track of the most recent posts.
- The library tab is not well defined, so like it, other features seem to have no immediate use.
- It would be interesting if the Learning tab could display, in the indicators, your personal performance in relation to the performance of other users in the group.
- Allows greater interaction between the company, its work groups and employees.
- Information concentrated in the same environment, allows people to access them more quickly, thus allowing for greater fluidity in the workflow.

You can have access to performance information in relation to your workgroup through simple-to-understand graphs. You can estimate how your performance has been. In a company that needs to measure this type of situation, it is a very useful tool because you can check the evaluations in the same environment.
