Overall Satisfaction with Playvox

At the company I work for, Playvox is used by an entire organization. Through this platform, we have access to support materials, which contain the necessary instructions to guide us in the demands of the profession, materials that also describe the company itself, changes that occur in it, updates, among others. Additionally, through Playvox it is also possible to take courses that are made available to users. After the course, there is a questionnaire that we answer and score, also available with each user's statistics. Feedback and monitoring are also done through this platform. The feed is also used to allow communication and dissemination of important news among users. Anyway, it's a widely used platform and it meets what it proposes.

One purpose of Playvox is more instructive, it is better suited those who have already got a job, is training for their position, and improving themselves in the place where they work. LinkedIn, on the other hand, has the most initial purpose, when looking for a job. Despite having courses available, they are generic, broad, comprehensive. Unlike Playvox, which already targets the company and specific position.

As Playvox is a broad platform, it has the ability to adapt to all types of users, regardless of their purpose. But it is more suitable for large companies, which need a single tool that connects all employees in the company, in a way that serves everyone in general, but also reserves particularities for each one. And it ends up not being so necessary for small companies, which are not technological.
