- Fast Responses
- Easy to build
Cons
- It seems that a lot of answers are not relevant, makes me judge the actual responses
- Laggy as you want to update
- Support team stops surveys without fully understanding
- It's helped align teams on what's important for product rollouts, but always with a secondary question about how accurate the results are due to the high volume of wayward responses
