Overall Satisfaction with Pollfish
We use it to conduct surveys for proprietary research studies we run on behalf of our clients. They eventually become data-driven assets that live on our clients' websites
Pros
- Customer support is responsive in the platform
- Survey builder is easy to use
- Generally able to get complete surveys
Cons
- It would be great to be able to upload a doc/excel file and have the survey builder automatically create a survey in the platform
- Automated question improvements/suggestions based on the goal of the survey
- Free response answers can be pretty hit or miss. Seems like some people are just typing anything to get through the question.
- Positive - allows us to provide our clients with data-driven assets
