Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Pollfish in my organization to gather survey results for client projects, which I do on a regular basis. It is difficult to get survey responses for certain surveys that cater to a niche audience, but this is where Pollfish has been helpful to me in getting me those responses and helping me with my work.

Return on Investment

I have been able to get responses very fast, which has helped me with timely deliverables.
Although the cost is high for certain surveys, the wide target group makes it worth it.
The availability of all language options has made it very easy to gather information from every target demographic.

Usability

The survey questions are very easy to upload, and setting up the question the way I want the responses is also very easy. I am able to select almost all possible splicing options that I want to. The best thing is that before publishing the survey, I am told how feasible it is to get the responses for a particular survey.

Alternatives Considered

Typeform

I have used Typeform for running some internal surveys as well as client-specific surveys, but the major problem that I had with Typeform is the logic setting of the survey; sometimes it gets very difficult for me to understand how a particular logic flows. Also, logo placements pose difficulty for me, which is not a problem with Pollfish, as I do not have to run the survey myself.

Pollfish is very fast and efficient when it comes to gathering responses that are not very specific; however, even for a very niche customer base, Pollfish is fast but is a bit expensive for some, so it might be only suitable for projects that have the financial backing to support running the surveys.
