Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We replaced multiple print servers with the use of Vasion Print. This also allowed us to manage our printers with ease instead of having to create objects each time, along with detailed reporting manually. This also allows us to set up deployment rules so that users who travel between our multiple locations can have a printer ready to go without the need for any IT assistance and less time down for end users.

Our ability to dynamically deploy specific printers to traveling users has reduced workload. Managing our drivers for a large number of printers in a single spot instead of having to replace the driver on all like-model printers. Seeing which users are printing excessively as well to control printing costs. Print restrictions also seem like they would be easy enough to set up.
