I use Printfection to send swag to employees, worldwide. Printfection does everything from printing, storage and shipping.

Storage of inventory
Drop shipments

Cons

Shipping possibilities (there are not enough options to choose from and all very expensive)
Sometimes the wrong items are sent (even from other customers)
Categorization of inventory (different departments should be able to label what's theirs)
