Overall Satisfaction with Printfection

We use Printfection for our event swag needs. We have not used it yet for company morale, although they have a large selection of items for internal staff as well as a wide variety for external swag options. They are always open to ideas and are quick to find items when looking for a new idea.

When an email is sent to support it is quickly answered. If an email is sent to my contact and they are unavailable, it is quickly re-routed and the question is answered with acknowledgment that the contact is still part of the team.

The team is very quick when a suggested new item is on my idea board. However, there was one instance where I had to go find the product and connect them with the seller of the product. There has also been a situation when purchasing a higher quantity that the price did not lower much.
