Overall Satisfaction with Printfection

Printefection is a great company for swag for any company's promotional needs. They are very fast to respond to any requests and offer great customer support and always helpful in sourcing exactly what we are looking for, all while finding the best pricing. I love that they store our inventory and also allow us to drop-ship swag to customers with a unique URL. They are super easy to use, easy to work with, and are a great addition to our marketing team.

Their customer support is fast, friendly and really very good at providing solutions! They are always quick to respond and when needed they find alternatives and better pricing on the items we want the most. I have always gotten fast replies and I feel like the support team goes above and beyond to help!
We did not evaluate any other companies - we are happy with Printfection and the selection of their products and the quality they offer. There are a lot of other swag management companies out there, but we already had a relationship with Printfection when I started in this role and took over the account - there has been no reason to look at alternatives.

When looking for event swag and customer gifts, Printfection is always fast to help and quote what we are looking for. Their support team is great to work with and offers great ideas and finds solutions when needed. We appreciate we can also have Printfection hold our inventory and fulfill drop ship orders to customer with an emailed URL.
