We use Procore company wide, to make sure all documents are available to anyone, anytime.

Pros and Cons

Ease of document sharing between the office and the field.
Being able to check the current drawings vs the revised drawings using colors for added and removed.
It's the one stop shop. All drawings, specs, and documents in one place.
Easy to navigate.

Not geared toward sub contractors.
Sometimes it is very slow. That is the one downfall of working on the cloud vs working on the local server.
It would be nice if some of the headings could be re-labelled. We may not use the same terminology as other companies.

Return on Investment

We have not used it long enough to know all the benefits.

Alternatives Considered

I have used any others.

Likelihood to Recommend

Procore is a good solution for bigger companies, that do work that requires a lot of coordination, and document management.
