Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Engelberth Construction, Inc. is using Procore across our entire company, from the office to the field. We are using it on all of our projects and we are using all of the major Tools that Procore has to offer today. We using Procore in the internet browser as well as mobile devices. Procore allows us to get to the data that we need at anytime, no matter where we are and what kind of connection that we have.
Pros
- Procore give us access to our project data. We can get what we need, when we need it.
- Procore Mobile application is great, user friendly, fully featured.
- Procore Support is very helpful and responsive.
Cons
- The Bid tool needs some feature enhancements for us to use it for all of our bidding.
- Procore has save us money in the cost of the solution. We were paying a lot more for another solution.
- Procore has allowed us to manage our change management process more efficiently.
- Our companies business is 80% repeat business. Procore makes it easier to keep them coming back, because they are happy with how the project was handled.
I believe that Procore is a better overall solution. There may be a point solution that could do one thing better, but I don't know of any application that can do it all like Procore. I have tested many applications, I have been forced to used a couple and I have not been happy with a solution until I started using Procore.
