ProCore Rocks

Our organization uses ProCore more than any other service. Not only do we communicate through procore more than we do email, but it is the most organized platform I have experienced. Any time we have an issue to address, we ask and distribute to our respective subcontractors, coworkers and associates through the platform. Then, the ball in court changes hands, we go through the proper and appropriate remedies, and continue to document and archive the appropriate responses until finalized. Then, items are memorialized. With an extensive server and access amongst all users, it is a clear and clean system with unlimited capabilities.

Personally, I use procore mostly for requests for information and submittals. For example, when approving a light fixture shop drawing, we first submit the drawing; it becomes approved by our architects, coordinated and communicated to the respective subcontractors, and then approved via ownership. It has become such a reliable system for us, that we use procore as a verb! I am glad everything is all in one place, and highly reccomend the system for all types of companies.
