Procore; complete integration
Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is being used throughout our entire organization to facilitate project management. Our entire project management team is being moved over to Procore and our entire staff is being trained as well. Additionally, our subcontractors and the architects we work with are beginning to use it. Procore centralizes nearly every aspect of project management, and has eliminated the need for at least 5 other software systems we were using previously.
Pros
- Centralizes all documents relating to a job.
- Centralizes all communication between the architect, prime, and subcontractors.
- Has incredible customer support who will literally change the software to have it meet your needs.
- Is the most comprehensive product on the market.
Cons
- Procore is missing an accounting component.
- Procore also doesn't have a billing system built in, which would help greatly since it has everyone's contact saved and would make things even more centralized.
- Procore has made the company substantially more effective.
- We've only used Procore for a few months, but I'd expect it to pay for itself within a year or two.
Procore really has no equal when it comes to complete and total integration. The construction industry tends to be very old-school, and Procore is really one of the first steps the industry has taken into the 21st century.
