Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use procore for all aspects of the construction project. It is a great tool for RFIs, submittals, and the procore drive is fantastic for storing important documents readily accessible to the whole project team.

Pros

Communication, being able to track RFIs and submittals is key.
Procore Drive for being able to keep all project documents in one place readily accessible for the entire project team.

Cons

The website gets slow sometimes
Procore Drive crashes sometimes

Return on Investment

I believe it prevents errors by the communication tools
It documents all communication to prevent disputes

Likelihood to Recommend

Procore is perfect for general contractors having to manage the entire project. It would be less suited for sub contractors. Having to communicate all the project documents to the architect, owner, and all subcontractors is important and procore has all those abilities. I believe it works well for architects to review RFIs and submittals.
