Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Procore is being used in most of our business units around the country. I personally use it to upload drawings, specs, organize our directories, upload submittals and reviews, RFIs and so much more. It is easy to use and convenient for everyone, especially with the app which we use constantly on our IPads.

I have not had any experiences with other project management software. However, I have heard from many of my colleagues that Procore is much better at organizing every that comes with construction management. It is much better at keeping records of all past jobs as well so it easy to access previous information for reference.

I believe the submittal review process is done extremely well through Procore. It is very easy to send the submittals back and forth from subcontractor to engineers and architects. It is also easy to reference submittals in the field through the app and also check for compliance with approved submittals and the specifications.
