Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using Procore for all project documentation and coordination including document management, drawings, submittals, RFIs, photos, specifications, meetings, inspections, contact management, etc. Procore is a great tool that allows us to have all of our project documentation in one spot that is accessible to all from any device at any time.

Procore has greatly reduced the amount of time it takes to close out our projects because everything is already in one location.
Procore provides management the ability to see the daily project updates and photos in real time.

Alternatives Considered

Procore stood out to us from the competition due to the ease of use both on the web application and the mobile application as well as all of the great functionality that they offer. It is sometimes difficult to train employees on new systems but Procore's design has greatly reduced the learning curve because of the design and all of the training tools that are available.

Likelihood to Recommend

Procore is an amazing tool to easily capture the daily project activity including internal manpower and subcontractor activity. Multiple people (Foreman, Superintendent, PM, Etc) can document activity at the same time on the same project from their phone or tablet using the mobile application.The biggest compliment that I hear about Procore is from Superintendants who are running multiple projects at one time. They have the abiltiy to quickly access all project drawings on their tablet without having to carry around a hard copy!

Procore is less suited in our experience for accounting functionality and bidding (ITB) tools.
