Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Procure is being rolled out across the whole company to help with the collection and management of documents. This involves all stakeholders as well as clients and ensures that people will be using the same consistent methods throughout.

  • Within drawings revision - Easier identification of groups to add photos within.
  • Meeting minutes and agenda are easily confused while interchangeable.

Easy interface and intuitive system
Well suited when used to track and identify if stakeholders have had a look at certain documentation changes that have been sent out. Not well suited when your stakeholders want you to make them an admin for procore, meaning they will be able to see all conversations.
