Procore is used across our firm to help handle RFIs and submittals during the construction administration phase of some of our projects.

- Good at tracking revisions to RFIs and submittals
- Great to have a central location for projects where documents from all trades are brought together
- Ball in court feature can sometimes be annoying
- Definitely saves time throughout construction administration phase when dealing with numerous RFIs and submittals
- Streamlines work flow very well
As an engineer, choosing Procore is not my decision, but rather that of the general contractor. Our Procore projects compare pretty well with other file sharing sites I've used and using Procore definitely has its advantages, especially when it comes to handling submittals and RFIs.
