Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is used company wide. It handles document control for all of our construction projects and keeps everything organized in one place.
- Drawing Tracking
- RFIs
- Submittals
- User interface is extremely inefficient with its use of space (clunky).
- Procore is slow. Each click takes a while to respond.
- Support staff have no relative context for understanding what the customer is asking.
It's better than the competition but it's far from perfect.
