Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Procore is used company wide. It handles document control for all of our construction projects and keeps everything organized in one place.

Pros

  • Drawing Tracking
  • RFIs
  • Submittals

Cons

  • User interface is extremely inefficient with its use of space (clunky).
  • Procore is slow. Each click takes a while to respond.
  • Support staff have no relative context for understanding what the customer is asking.
It's better than the competition but it's far from perfect.
Procore is better than its competition at handling project management but is still far from perfect overall.
