Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Procore is the tool that allows our company to help handle RFIs and submittals during the construction administration phase of some of our projects.

Pros

  • Integrated RFIs.
  • Click and Drag PDFs.
  • Tracking of internal emails.

Cons

  • Ease of Access.
  • Easier Dashboard to find RFIs.
  • Easier Dashboard to find Emails.
  • Positive impact as has saved sending and saving transmittals
It is easier to use with being able to drag documents across. Aconex document register is over complex.
It is perfect for multi-residential, commercial, aged care, mining, and agricultural projects.

It may not be beneficial for small one band outfits.
