Overall Satisfaction with Procore

It is used for the field and project administration. The problems it addresses is communication between the office, the field, and the subcontractors.

Pros

  • Streamlines information
  • Makes it easy to use in the field while walking the job site through the mobile app
  • Holds people accountable

Cons

  • Letting users know what updates are happening and everything it effects
  • If there is a change in permissions it should be applied to all project automatically
  • It has cut the time it takes the office to track documents, RFIs, and submittals in half.
Procore was the only product we looked at because of other referrals and employees using it at other companies.
It is well suited for almost all aspects as a general contractor between the office and the field.
