Overall Satisfaction with Procore

I wish there was a way to simply copy or drag and drop an entire folder structure, but otherwise, I love it!!
It is very simple to create folders. As mentioned, it would be nice to be able to drag and drop and create the entire folder structure, but otherwise, it is great!
It is used to manage between our internal departments and between our company and our customers.

  • Project Coordination
  • Project Schedule
  • Constant Reminders for Approvals
  • File transfer can be combersome
  • File viewing should be easier. You have to download the file, just to view it.
As previously mentioned, we are able to re-create our home server and allow others to access this from anywhere, without giving them mobile access to our servers.
  • It keeps reminding you to review your submittals. This forces those to review instead of forget.
  • Keeps all parties involved with project, Schedule, RFI's etc...
We'd love to be able to create the same folder structure on Procore as we have on our server.
