Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We are a HVACC/Mechanical contractor working projects as both the prime contractor and as a specialty contractor for other GCs. We utilize all segments of Procore on our projects and have integrated the program with our accounting software. Procore has allowed us to expand our projects capabilities and greatly increased our field and office coordination, with both our team and other subcontractors.

Pros

  • Significantly increases coordination with field and office
  • Teams always have latest drawings

Cons

  • Needs a way to un-publish drawing markings
  • Increased ACV and team efficiency.
  • Increased communication.
  • QuickBooks
Procore has increased actual completion and efficiency.
I would recommend Procore to any construction enterprise with more than 3mil gross annual revenue.
