Great Management Software!
Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore has been a great tool for us to use as a Commercial General Contractor. It is widely known and used in the industry, and it is well accepted by our Site Superintendents and Subcontractors as well. It is easy to use and provides us a powerful document management system while integrating with scheduling to provide superior Project Management solutions. We are also working with the Finance and Invoicing modules and they are excellent tools for Subcontracts, Owner Contracts, and Change Orders as well as invoicing for the Subcontractors and invoicing to the Owner.
Pros
- Project Management - RFI's, Submittals, Daily Logs
- Finance - Subcontracts and Owner Contracts, Change Orders
- Invoicing - Subcontractor invoicing, Owner invoicing
- Integrates with Primavera P6, DocuSign, many others
Cons
- Budgets can be a little hard to use and manipulate
- It is hard to get all of the Subcontractors bought in on the Invoicing
- More professional reports and communications
- Able to do more with less hired staff - more efficient
Primavera P6 Scheduling & DocuSign
It is a selling point when we have hired new Project Managers and Superintendents. It puts our company at a higher level than many of our competitors.
I had originally picked PASKR over Procore because it was less expensive and seemed to be more comprehensive, but it turned out to be not as useful for Subs and our workers so I switched to Procore.
