Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We use Procore for Document Control, Financials and Safety. We manage ground up construction. Procore helps us track submittals, RFIs, and Safety Violations.
  • Tracking Submittals.
  • Comparing Drawing Updates.
  • Notifying users regarding open items.
  • Change Orders are difficult to edit after becoming PCCO.
  • Revised submittals keep the original submission date automatically.
  • Workflows for Submittals should be able to have different due dates for different parties.
  • Saved Time.
  • Increased Efficiency.
  • Can track bids better.
Sage is integrated with Procore, which allows for the accounting and PM for the project to work smoothly.
Procore prompts when it believes items are missing that were included in a previous daily log. This has help[ed] avoid errors in documenting the daily activities. Also photos can be added and RFI/ Change Events can be linked. This allows for better tracking of Change Orders.
Procore is great for comparing differences between revised drawings and the originals. Procore is also well suited for tracking all the necessary documents for the projects. Procore is also great for documenting and tracking safety violations on site and the subcontractors can reply directly to the violation. Procore is good at linking items in different modules together, such as linking an RFI to a Change Order.
