Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We use Procore to track and manage all of our jobsites at Wolf Construction. We house all blueprints, plans, inspections, and documents for each project in Procore. We also just recently implemented the timesheets function in Procore. We had previously been using handwritten timecards; employees would submit a handwritten timecard every week. They were messy, hard to read, and probably not the most accurate. Now, our Crew Leads and Foremen submit a timesheet for every employee on their jobsite EVERY DAY. This has cut our payroll processing time in half. We are able to download a file containing all employee hours for the week and upload it into our payroll software. It's fast, accurate, and easy. Our employees love having the access at their fingertips.

We don't have any software program that is integrated within Procore. I believe we have the capability but our company isn't quite there yet. However, we are able to download reports and files from Procore and upload them to ADP - our payroll software which has been extremely helpful. We might get there someday but not right now.
I know our Foremen and Crew Leads use the daily log function all the time. I have never heard any complaints. They appreciate they can use their phones to utilize it. It also gives Superintendents and Project Managers a chance to check the progress of job every day which is helpful for them when planning manpower and hours for the next week.
