Overall Satisfaction with Procore
I personally use Procore mainly for the forms feature. Being able to have workers in the field select a pre defined tool or material form, fill it out, and send it in to us all while leaving a papertrail behind has helped alleviate many arguments. Once we are done with it we can then send it back with all updates attached to it.
Pros
- Tracking updates done to forms
- Reminding users of uncompleted tasks with an email daily
- Showing metrics on a project's home screen so that everyone knows what has been done in a timely manner
Cons
- If their app is closed too soon emails being sent won't send. Maybe pop up a sent message once it has gone through.
- It has increased efficiency due to no one just "forgetting" about a form. Procore sends an email and shows everyone it was sent to.
- It also increased the efficiency of our safety team. They only have to make an observation once and procore automatically follows up for a response.
- It also increases efficiency because everyone can see metrics for what has been done and doesn't want to see red on their job.
