Overall Satisfaction with Procore
It works well to manage submittals, contract documents, specifications, and other forms pertinent to a specific job. It makes sharing these documents with members of different teams, subcontractors, and engineers easy. Since we have many projects going at once, it makes tracking things easier, and we can see who has viewed documents.

- Send and receive status updates and photo documentation in real time.
We use the Outlook plugin. We can generate tasks directly from an email message, which puts it in Procore for our technicians. It saves the step of generating a task and pasting in the information from the email. Our ERP software doesnt directly integrate with this software.
Procore was the only product we considered, as most of our customers and engineers in our industry (HVAC) and area use the same software.
